We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any OriBeaute.com purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 5 days of the RECEIVED date.

Please note that we only accept exchanges of equal or lower value which have been pre-approved by our Customer Service. The products must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging and any free gifts received with it. The products must not have been used.

Just follow these easy steps:

2. The customer service will need to provide the reason of refund / exchange.
3. Include your order invoice in your returned package
4. Place the unused item(s) in its original condition into the original shipper packaging.
